What I dislike is the fact that Ian makes fun (resorts to name calling) of experienced lifters.
Back in the day we had to be pragmatic. At least a lot of us did. We weren't being spoon fed info on how to handle every tiny bit of minutiae. There was a bit of art to the process. Now that side of things is being mocked, which I think is utterly idiotic.
Trying to make every issue black or white - well, good luck with that. Unless you're a freak, there has to be some art, trial and error.
