175kg x 5 x 5 sets

Front squats
115kg x 2 x 6 sets

I tried SO fucking hard to do these right, about a billion sets at lower weights trying, and I just bloody couldn't. Videos will follow.

Bench
Lots and lots of warm ups, singles up to 90kg. Bench seems good to go for Monday.
