Thanks Dave!! I am feeling much better about things as I am coming to terms with my eye disease. The cut, Chiro, and rehab is making me feel better about things with my back. Last, but not least, all of you talking baout it with me has given me hope and desire.

I will Fen - even when I am healed I will be going for regular massage and Chiro, and I will progress slower than before. I will also only train 3 days per week and heavy pull or squat only once per week.
I also do not want to do any more rack pulls, as I feel that lift strained my lower back the most, when I refelct upon the last 2 months.
Deficit pulls are OK tho. I think even snatch grip deads are going to be OK.
