I felt more like a damsel in distress! Went in trying to be like King Arthur and ended up like Guinevere!

Can't go wrong with Coach Fazc either!

High reps is tough when your conditioning sucks like mine lol!

Thanks Hunter. It was needed as injuries, lack of foundation and shoddy technique mean I'd be worse off in 5 years than now if I kept going in the same direction.

Thanks Steve. I gotta trust the process from the start this time. Losing the weight will probably help a lot.
Okay, dropped weight by 10kg on everything as this week is supposed to be an easy feeling out period and not a 'feel like puking' week. I have plenty of time for 'heroics' later! Light weights don't half give the old ego a bit of a slap though! Session took about 33 minutes including a 3-4 minute chat after squats with about the only guy in the gym that squats 3 plates for reps with depth and good form. Felt light and easy as it should.
SLDL 50kg - 3 x 12
Bench 40kg - 3 x 12
Row 30kg - 3 x 12
OHP 20kg - 3 x 12
Squat 50kg - 3 x 12
Chins B/W - 8, 5, 4 (17 reps)
