I've started supplementing 5g of creatine a day along with my trial usage of c4. I mix it with my PWO protein, and I took my first dose yesterday. It could just be confirmation bias or placebo effect, but today I felt like superman!

Creatine does allow you to fatigue at a slower rate. Not sure 5g would do it or if it would make you feel like superman, but it's a nice feeling if you get it! Lift on my friend!
