2.5 scoops 5 minutes prior... was late drinking PWO.... but it actually was nice cause it came on deeper into my incline presses!!!

energy- good
pump was good, i think im getting a better pump as the time goes by and i have been using Juggernaut longer into this log

Seated lateral raises-- 30x8/8/8
Hammer curl press-- 40x8/8/7.... spent!!
