Bench/Squat Day
Whew, alotta work tonight. I hit floor press up for singles to start with. I took no rest working up to a top single. I then dropped back down for singles with no rest after. I finished those by repping 8s and then moved to standing presses. I did these for 5s with short rests and then hit close grip floor press for triples similar to how I did the singles. I then hit SSB squats without the handles to a max and finished with 5s. Solid night of lifting.
