So motivation has been slacking lately and I'm going to be cutting for a while so I decided to go back to a full body again. I seem to lose fat faster on a full body routine.
Today was first day
Warm up for 5 min on elliptical
Squat

215x5x3 wanted to walk into this since I will be squatting every session and increasing weight each time .
Barbell row from low pins so it's dead stop each set

225x10. Repped out on last set. Will add weight next session.
Bench press
135x5

225x4( should have lowered weight some more , full body is tougher. Benched 235x5 last week but was my first move of the day)
Will stay here or maybe lower weight 5 lbs sunday.
Calf raise on leverage machine.
95x12x3 Just starting back on these at light weight and ease back into them. Have not been able to do them since broke ankle as it makes my ankle stiff.
Easy bar curl
80 x 12x2
80x10 will work this weight up to sets of 15
Ball crunch
30,20,20 = Abzers were cramping
1 hour of lifting
And 15 minutes after of LIIT cardio on elliptical.
This was tough
