Lastly, the PR I'm most proud of is not having any chewing tabacco for the last 9 days. I hope/pray this is it for this vice!!
Hit a new PR on DL's today:
375 lbs x 3, 395 x3 405 x 3
....and no chew for just over a month now.
Also, about a week ago hit 275 lbs x 10, 10, 10 on squats
