Ye I thought his name was Shane. They all seemed like active UK strongmen between 90 and 105. I know that Jack McIntosh and Graham Hicks train there often too. Good environment to get strong.

Realised this morning I switched some stuff around so it wasn't fronts. All weights heavier than I expected after yesterday. Feeling strong and full of rage whilst lifting, not getting psyched up or anything just feeling confident with weights I used to be nervous about.
My gyms bent bars will be the death of me or one of my shoulders at least.
