I wouldn't do lower body sessions the day before upper body work. Lower body sessions tax the body aloty more then the upper body does. Take that from someone who did it that way for a loong time and didn't make any bench progress.

Also if bench is what your mainly focused on why not do it first during the week, when your the freshest?
