First four weaks are all based off of %'s similar to an introductory, with a squat/bench/deadlift emphasis + a mandatory mobility day... week 5 consists of a deload week (which i epicly failed at) than week 6-8 is all max effort rpe training, squat/bench/dead 3 times a week - basically at the end of the training cycle it makes "heavy" weight seem not heavy at all. its a 12 week cycle but you get the drift... I would go into much greater detail on how to set it up - however it is not my programming. Al Caslow is the one who set it up and not sure what he would say if I was giving it out, hopefully you understand! So there is my vague breakdown hopefully it helps!
