Anyways, put up some good weight yesterday:
I was able to work up to 275 on seated military with good form. But what i'm most proud of is my wife who worked up to 225 on squats yesterday. I forget how strong her legs are until i see her squating. Her and another woman are the only serious female squaters i see in the gym.
