SDS4DS - Phase 2 - Week 2 - Shoulders - Strength
BTNP - 145 x 3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3
DB Lat Raise - 25 x 10-10-10
DB Curl - 73 x 7-7-7-7
Not bad, got a great pump in the delts. Have to work on not letting my hands fall back. As soon as I tightened the wrists, the strength came back.
