I thought about mixing it with a green tea, or a flavored water to see how it went. Right now I just mix it and knock it back as I stretch.
Did a ton of reps on a short rotation for my arms, tris and rear delts. Prop hit well over 500 reps. This normally would have killed me, but I was fine all the way through. Just wish I wasnt so dang sore now haha!
