Dave - Generally 3 days of Squat, Bench, Deadlift but I use a small pool of variation. Just really minor variations though, nothing outrageous. Like beltless squats or SLDL instead of deadlifts etc.
At the moment I'm getting my training worked out by a guy called Tom Martin, he's the young lad who beat Ed Coan's 30 year old junior record. First time in my life I've ever had a proper coach, it's a fun experience.
