Wed - Squat day
Had a great squat day , I'm still moving up without having to use wraps to complete my sets so that's a great sign! Got there a little late due to my clinical duties starting up at school for practicum (sigh*) . So i cut out the goodmornings for today and added an extra accessory movement since the mono was in use and we don't have anything else to do them out of.
