I felt pretty strong during this session. Hit my OHP goal. 180x1, that's a PR. After watching the video, I was very pleased with the OHP form. No kip, slow, but steady. I'll take it.
I was really suprised how well the 215 close grip bench went. Last week I struggled to hit 8. This week I easily hit 10. Probably had a rep or 2 left in the tank. Very pleased.
Rack Chins went well also. Added a rep from last week. Used the versa grips. They are awesome. I really am hitting my grove with this exercise.
Overall this felt like the strongest session I've had in a few weeks. I just felt strong and felt good.
