Decline BB bench-- 135x10/185x6/205x4/135x10
cable flys-- 30x10x 3 sets
machine shrugs-- 180x20/20/20/17/12-- went lower weight and MOAR reps!!!
good workout, too bad i had to skip shoulders, i will try and make it up tomorrow after legs...
