busy day today, had to cut workout short but what i did was good...

30 Jan 2013----- WT 206lbs

CHEST; Traps... skipped shoulders today....

Incline DB press-- 65x10/75x10/85x10/90x7/6.. got an extra rep from last week

Decline BB bench-- 135x10/185x6/205x4/135x10

cable flys-- 30x10x 3 sets

machine shrugs-- 180x20/20/20/17/12-- went lower weight and MOAR reps!!!

good workout, too bad i had to skip shoulders, i will try and make it up tomorrow after legs...
