Top sets still felt heavier than they should. That last set was a bi$h!!! Thought going in I would hit a single or two at 4pps, but I definitely did not need the extra work!

AMAP Front squats

These felt better than last week. Will go up 10lbs next week.

RDL
255 x 5 x 3 +10lbs

Kneeling cable crunch
190 x 15 x 2

Cardio
20 minutes LISS elliptical
good stuff rich, on track for some serious gains! DOH deads are evil btw...lol
