For the main 4 lifts, I'm not going over 3 reps, cept on warmup sets. Mil and bench 5sets of 3, squats and deads are ,lots of sets at 1-2 reps. Accessory lifts I do 10 reps most of the time cept pull ups I go to failure. That's what I'm doing this cycle anyhow, I don't like high rep sets either
