Thanks Mike! Looking back, I do not lean when my back is healthy. I looked at my Vegas 403 squat, and some others, and they are good. I just have to get that back healthy and the 412 is mine no probs. Heck, If I can squat 403 on November 8th, on carpet with a strained quad, with good form and nailed depth, then surely I can do 412 now after 7 weeks on JB's program, and with Brian spotting me from behind!

Thus, I know it is not a skill issue or confidence issue. Heck, JB thinks I have a 450 squat in me. I also think I do with a healthy back and a system full of food.
