I more or less agree with Begota and his review as I too did the 8 week cycle of this program. Although not exactly as Korte recommended, but I did 3 lifts as he recommended everyday (as in number of sets). I have started a new 8 week cycle of Korte's 3x3 and I have got along sooner than I expected to this routine, as I restarted lifting after a long pause.
