It felt good all day, but it's definitely still strained. I think I'm going to do what Donnie T suggests in the above video and switch to overhead work for a week or three. I don't have any compression bands, but maybe a couple knee wraps will work fine.

EDIT: Will also continue with the TENS unit. It doesn't hit the area as well as if it was a quad strain or something, but it might be helping a bit, so I'll keep doing it. I'll also keep ingesting 100,000 grams of fish oil each day as well.
