Thanks Jay, I am glad I pushed through but not very happy with the knees. I will have to work on that , 255x3 don't seem to do it so maybe I'll drop back and work those triples more.
Whats the thoughts on knee wraps around here? My knees do get some
Discomfort from the knees caving in and wonder would wraps help with this or just a
Crutch ?
