Squat destruction today. I'm honestly numbed by the higher rep squats lately and need some time off. However, the reps have been working. So what to do? My plan for now is to use 275 until I can hit 30 reps over 4 sets, then jump to 295, etc. Give me some relatively heavy work at first, then grow into the weight for reps, and repeat. Just want to run it for a bit and see how it works.
