Al - Indeed, really good bunch of lads too. Good banter all around and nice friendly atmosphere.

Hunter - Aye, left at around 8am this morning. Fun though.

Steve - We do indeed. Small PR's today, this is the week for Deadlift PR's. I'm not feeling as confident as I probably should, but we'll see how it goes.
