Got my first fullbody workout in. It was only 2 sets per lift, but I still crushed it for 2 hours in the gym. All in all mentally tough, but I got it done.
Tried a half scoop of PHI's Prodigy pre-workout and that worked well. Powered me through. Good energy and focus. Also running their D-Test and Paragon, along with Thermadex.
Last night I felt horrible. 2 straight days of running sinuses, semi-sore throats and sinus headaches. Today I felt better so I let it rip.
Overall conditioning is slowly improving. Not pushing for maximal weight right now. Just bringing to get back in shape and used to the volume.
