Thanks BTB...about time I had a good one.
Drive and Motivation is a little lower than usual..I have some personal crap getting in the way...I am trying to ignore and push aside..I usually can, but having a hard time this go around. PLUS, I was getting depressed from the back strain and doing light workouts, and not making any progress.
HOPEFULLY, now that the back feels better, I can get my behind back in overdrive and get back to killin it on a regular basis...Last night was a big step, as was Wednesday, 2 real good, PAIN FREE workouts....felling good about the weights again!!!
PLUS I got 30 yr old, neighborhood muscleman breathing down my neck!!!
