Stupid Alarm didn't go up. Got up, dressed and out the door in less then 15min yesterday...

Stupid shift change... Since I was running a good 30min late. I just got there and took over the squat rack..
My Last set of squats with 315... I had a few more in me. I bottomed out way below parallel and hit the safety bars. Threw me off balance... Nailed 6 real easy thou. After that I had very little time left. So I stripped the bar down to 225 and did a 5x5 of Box Squats.
