thanks LtL ... 4 months of physiotherapy and some very light wt. (2.5/5lbs max) exercise before starting of every workout no matter it affect shoulder directly or not. And most of all patience not to do any kind of shoulder movement like OHP / BTNP / Bench / DB Presses etc.

I avoided bench / shoulder presses etc. for five months from August to December.
