I lost over 100 lbs eating Block Cheese everyday, and eggs everyday.
After I lost the weight, my cholesteral was WAY down (no longer taked meds) my Blood Pressure was WAY down (No longer take meds)
I stiil eat a LOT of both....along with 3/4 gallon WHOLE milk everyday. Have not gained any weight back (9 months)
I get bloodwork regularly, and all levels still are doing fine.
