As I had said before I was worn out by the time I got to the gym. Got changed, mixed in two scoops of Juggernaut and started to warm up. By the time I got done stretching and doing my rehab It had kicked in. I did several bench sets, and worked up to 175x10 then 185x10 off the 2board. I know that doesnt sound like much, but it was 1 day short of 16 weeks post peck tendon reattachment! Training is on the right track, and there is no doubt I plan on continuing to run Juggernaut as a preworkout!
