MAN thoses felt good, first heavy day since the back strain. Was gonna go higher, but figured I better not push it. I will pick up Hepburn where I left off next week !!
Squats:

Since the heavier weights are really being hampered by my hip arthritis, gonna try lowering the weights, and doing 20 repper for a while...add 10 lbs each week and see how that goes.

Only reason it wasn't a 9 is because it was a "see what the back can handle" day and not a "regularly scheduled program, already in progress" day
