Fullbody destruction. Stiff leg deadlifts were the surprise of the day. One set really destroyed my hammies. No way I could have done another. They were near-cramping status after 10 reps.
The combination of PNI's fat burner and pre-workout left me on stim OD. I could have physically kept going but I was feeling sick and light headed.
The products are good, I just took too much, too soon.
Eating and supplementation are good to go today. Rest between sets were tight, but generally longer than one minute.
