Gobblet skwats-- trying to get some depth, so here goes... done explosively.... 50x10, ok i see the depth.. 60x10/ 70x10/ 75x10... could really feel these, i will do these on mondays and then Skwat heavy on thrusdays.. we will see if i can t figure this depth thing out...
