Thanks T! I appreciate the drive by's as well. The set after that vid was some of my best form ever, but I didn't get a vid on that set. The best progress I have made in 2012 was in form and I couldn't be happier about it. especially on squats. In the past, my form has all gone to shit at about these weights and then I get hurt and setback. Not anymore!!
