Protein Pancakes:
1/3c Pancake Mix
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1 Egg White
2 Egg Whites (Whipped to peaks)
Dash of Cinnamon
1 Packet Truvia
1 Mashed Up Banana
Water as needed
Basically Combined all the stuff into a bowl while the 2 egg whites are beating to peaks. Then fold the egg whites into the mix and cook like a pancake! I topped mine with Berries and Strawberry Syrup
