Did some stretching and mobility work tonight as well as some home Graston on my elbow and forearm. Shirted bench followed by straight bar, low bar squats yesterday have me in a bit of discomfort. Plan moving forward will be to use my cambered bar or explosive and rep squats and straight bar only for going heavy. Infrequent straight bar squatting has controlled this before so it should do again.
