Hey BtB

I am using a varaition of carb backloading/ Ironaddicts warrior diet. Mostly fats all day with some protein and veggie/salad. No carbsa ll day then begin refeeding at about 4pm, training at 8pm. Its taking fat off me pretty fast, but I do get tired by the end of the week.
