Once made a trip to the gym, benched a weight I should have had and got trapped under the bar...
No spotter, no safety bars and noone helped so I had to tip weight to side to escape...
I was so mad and embarrassed that I left...and i was only 2 sets into a workout
Dec 2013: 365 SQ, 275 BP and 415 DL.
