315 x 2 x 4sets ( max grip with 2 minute break between sets and 2 sec pause at chest)
225 x 21 (mid finger on rings) rep 20 and 21 got really heavy!
standing military press:
145 x10
145 x 10
145 x 6.5...Done! only took 30 sec breaks in between the 3
dips:
20 x 3 ( 10 sec break in between)
triceps feel like they are 20 inches without the biceps...LOL
All went good...my second set with 315 got misgroved and I grinded half way for what it felt like 5 minutes...LOL... the last 2 where ok.
Didnt use the shirt today but its starting to feel tight on me, gonna use it tuesday and check my max with it. Gonna get me a Super Katana in May if I get 450 in this old fury by then
