Me; I got to 36y/o and decided I wanted to get fitter and drop a few pounds, which initially started with altering my food intake a little (not excluding anything) and doing yoga, which then went on to be stepping, and eventually led to the addition of weights as well.
I had been active when I was younger, doing lots of different sporty style stuff, but aside from some cycling had let that slip, it was great to get back into something.
