Now that really sucks, for the entire month we thought mine was 45 lbs, and have been believing we were lifting 10 lbs MORE then we actually were. Needless to say, we were both pissed about it and had a sub par day.
So anyway, here is my "adjusted" correct lifting log...
Bench: 180 lbs x2x2x2x2x2x2
Mil Press: 105 lbs x3x3x3x3x3x2
Pendlay Rows: 125 lbs x8x7x6 = 21
Kirk Rows: 125 lbs X6x5x5 = 16
DB Bench: 65 lbs x9x7x6 = 22
Mil Press: 80 lbs x10x8x8 = 26, up next time
Great workout Marvin! Sucks about the miscalculation, but you'll get those lbs back before you know it! Keep working hard, your doing awesome!
