CREW BENCH SESSION

I was supposed to start week 8 of JB's program, but he forgot to email me week 8. I tried contacting him thru PM and email, but to no avail. So, I decided to look at what I did for week 7 and try to progress on that, which I did, despite bench feeling too heavy for some reason. Form was a bit all over the place and inconsistent. However, I saved my best form for last as the Crew said the 305 was my best set. I did not attempt 315 as the 295 felt too heavy. Thus, I thought a small PR attempt was my best option because I didn't really want any misses today.

I know I am really close to getting 315 TnG soon and then hopefuuly I will progress to doing it paused before my next meet in the Spring.

No assistance today cuz i just didn't feel like it. I think I wanna deadlift Sunday and who knows what's gonna happen.
