Ever since Steve recommended I high bar squat to get more upright I haven't looked back and now HB squat only. I don' think I have leane donce since.

All I keep hearing and reading everywhere. Is low bar squats allow you to do more weight easier. I just can't seem to get the bar in the right spot without killing my shoulders.

I've gone as wide as I could with the rack we have. Some one mentioned that I might be trying to push up on the during the movement. But it hurts before even being unracked. But I tried gripping the bar and putting my pinky under the bar. To keep from trying to press up. That wasn't the problem.
