ME Squat Day
Today was squatting with an orange band and 2 chains, I worked up to a PR of 152.5kg, it was heavy but manageable, I then hit about 6 speed sets, I was not fast enough to move up in weight but I did rep out the last set a little which actually moved well. I finished up with snatch grip RDLs and then some pullthrus and wheel o death for the abs. Solid night, got a little tired at the end tho as my food intake is down.
