Deadlifts 150kg 5x5
Barbell Rows 80kg x8 (4 sets)
Dumbbell Rows 40kg x10 (3 sets)
Hammer Strength Shrugs 160kg x12 (3 sets)
Took a video of my 4th deadlift set for all to pick at my form. It's only when I watched it that I realised how awful the form is. I'll upload the vid when I get onto a laptop next as I'm not sure how to do it from my phone
