That is how we squat. Most people only squat knees forward if they are trying to emulate an exercise "squat."

My point was that a real squat is a natural movement, not the forced emulation of something from a Weider mag.
That's true, set a heavy box down (small enough to squat around) and people will generally pick it up the same way, without any prior advice as to how to actually accomplish the task.
